About This Winna Information Site

This is an independent information site about Winna for readers in the United Kingdom. We do not run the casino, we do not take deposits and we cannot see anyone’s account. Our job is narrower. We explain, in plain language, how Winna describes its own cashier, rewards, account tools and safer-gambling features, so that a reader understands them before choosing to play.

Who We Are and What We Are Not

The site is an editorial project. A small team reads, summarises and organises what the operator publishes, then arranges it into pages that answer the questions a newcomer asks first: how an account works, what the VIP rewards are, which coins the cashier takes and how to set limits on play.
We are not Winna. Winna is the casino operator, and every product, account and payment question sits with that operator. Nothing on our pages is an offer from us, and nothing here changes the terms the operator publishes. If a page on this site and the operator’s own wording ever differ, the operator’s wording is the one that governs your account.

What the Pages Cover

Each guide has one job, so you can go straight to the part you need.

  • Homepage guide. The overall picture of Winna as a crypto casino and sportsbook, including its own Originals such as Dice, Mines and Plinko.
  • Registration guide. The account area, two-factor authentication with Google Authenticator or Authy, and the age rule of 18 or older.
  • Bonus guide. The VIP reward ladder, from Instant Rakeback to Lossback, Weekly Boost, Free Spins and Free Bets, with the levels and thresholds that unlock each one.
  • App guide. How play works through a phone browser.
  • Payments guide. Deposits and withdrawals in the thirteen supported coins, the withdrawal minimum, networks and the Buy Crypto route.
  • Service pages. This page, the privacy notice, the terms of use and the responsible gambling page.

We keep the commercial pages separate from the service pages. Service pages are official statements about this site. They carry no promotion and no verdict on the casino.

How We Prepare Figures

Every figure is checked before it goes on a page. Bonus arithmetic is done on the stated amounts: Lossback is calculated on net losses, not turnover, and the Free Spins base is the player’s own wagers in the period. Thresholds are compared against the operator’s published wording, and the 7-day and 30-day claim windows are the only quantified windows we state. The withdrawal minimum, for example, reads USD 20 (£15).
We also keep two kinds of statement apart. A published condition, such as the 25% ceiling on Lossback, is written as a condition. A thing you will see on screen, such as the VIP Center or the Wallet, is described as it is labelled. We do not turn one reader’s experience into a rule.

Where the Facts Come From

Our facts come from the operator’s published help articles on accounts, payments, VIP rewards, Originals, provably fair play and features. We read those articles in full and note the date of reading. Third-party review sites and forum posts are used only as pointers to what to look for, never as the basis for a figure.
Our pages are desk research, and deposits, withdrawals or support conversations are never presented as personal experience. What a page reports about the casino is what the casino publishes, nothing more.

Editorial Principles

Four rules apply to every page.

  1. Facts before enthusiasm. A benefit is described with the number that supports it, such as the 7-minute cycle for Instant Rakeback or the 10 Free Bet tiers that start at USD 1.00.
  2. Conditions next to offers. Every reward is shown with the level, activity or action it requires, for example Platinum VIP for Lossback and Gold 1 for Free Bets.
  3. No pressure. Gambling carries a risk of loss, and pages that mention rewards also point to the responsible gambling page and to the tools Winna provides.
  4. Adults only. Winna’s age controls require players to be 18 or older, and our pages are written for adults.

Keeping Pages Current

Rewards, networks and limits change. When we re-read an operator article and find a difference, we update the affected page so that only the current wording stays. Values that change often, such as reward conditions and payment rules, are re-read more carefully than stable ones such as the operator’s name.
A page may lag behind a change the operator has only just made. For anything that affects money, the live screen in your own account is the final word.

Responsibility for Content

The editorial team is responsible for the accuracy of what we publish. If you find a statement that no longer matches the operator’s published wording, tell us and we will check it against that wording and correct the page.
This site gives no financial, legal or tax advice.

Safer Gambling

Play only with money you can afford to lose, and treat it as entertainment rather than income. Our responsible gambling page sets out the self-exclusion route Winna publishes and the GamCare National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133 for readers in the United Kingdom.

For corrections, questions about how a page was prepared or press and partnership enquiries, write to [email protected]. This address belongs to the editorial team of this site. It is not a casino support address, and we cannot help with account, deposit or withdrawal problems. For those, the operator offers live chat or e-mail through its own support.
